About this Blog
Texas A&M University School of Law has offered a Cannabis Law, Policy & Business class since 2015. Aggie law students interested in the emerging and rapidly growing marijuana and hemp industries have been active in working with cannabis businesses and entrepreneurs for several years, and have been involved in creating cannabis industry groups and business incubators, and have worked with entrepreneurs in A&M Law’s Entrepreneurship Law Clinic.
This blog is an outgrowth of the course. Students research and write about issues in cannabis law and business as part of the course, and can publish their work here. We also welcome contributions to the blog from law students at other law schools (as well as lawyers) to the extent they fit our standards.
Please be aware that the views and opinions on this blog are solely those of the individual authors, and do not represent the views the Texas A&M University or any of its component units.
